Payment and delivery

Purchasing Policy


1.  Liberté receives client’s order and conduct quotation.

2.  The two parties sign a contract.

3.  Client proceeds 1st payment.

4.  Liberté creates mockup file per client’s request.

5.  Client confirms every detail related to the products and designs.

6.  Liberté produces sample.

7.  Client confirms sample, any adjustment will be done in this step.

8.  Liberté conducts mass production and shipment as timeline.

9.  Client proceeds the remaining of payment after receiving the goods.

10. Client will receive VAT invoice within 1-3 working days.



1. Payment

  • 1st payment: 80% after placing the order.
  • 2nd payment: 20% after receiving the goods.

Note: For individual clients, Liberté only conducts transactions within the territory of Vietnam.

3. Delivery

  • Liberté will process your order as soon as we receive your payment.
  • Each product will have different production and delivery time. For more detail, please refer to the " Packaging and Delivery" term in the product page.

4. Warranty

Warranty period:

All products are warranted from 6 months to lifetime, depending on product type and brand that will have different warranty policies as following:

  • Lamy: 3 years warranty.
  • Victorinox: Lifetime warranty, client also can conduct the warranty at any otherVictorinox's store worldwide.
  • Other products: 6 months - 1year warranty.

Warranty conditions:

  • Products with technical defects during transportation or manufacturing.
  • For products damaged by subjective effects from clients, Liberté reserves the right to refuse warranty.

Warranty method:

  • Please pack carefully and send the product to Liberté’s office (shipping cost will be paid by client). After receiving the product, Liberté will carry out the warranty and contact to client within 1-3 working days.
  • In the event that product or accessories have been discontinued or supplied, Liberté will replace the equivalent products or accessories.

5. Return and refund


  • Please check carefully before receiving the goods. If the product has any technical defect or being damaged during delivery, client reserves the right to reject it.
  • Within 7 days from the day of client’s receipt, if the product has any technical defect, please take pictures as well as pack carefully and send it to the Liberté’s office.
  • After 7 days from the day of client’s receipt, Liberté will apply the prescribed warranty policy.


  • After receiving the defective product from client, Liberté will check and refund to client’s account within 3-7 working days.
  • In case client wants to change to a new product or product with equivalent value, Liberté will process the delivery within 1-3 working days.
